International equipment shipping to the Philippines

Good afternoon. I am with Kitchen Korner Industrial Supplies which handles industrial cooking and chef supplies and equipment for restaurants and culinary institutes. We are based out of Nagano, Japan but ship our products all over this region. We have some new clients that have just placed an order with us located in Luzon in the Philippines. I am looking to find an International shipping company that can get our equipment over to them in a time efficient manner. In a perfect world, we would like to be able to ship them their order within the next two weeks. I know this may be a difficult, if not impossible, thing to ask given the short time frame. Please let me know how much time you will need to get your permits and such in order or if you already have them in place. Also, let me know if you need any other information from my end. Thanks.
