We have had some issues with our current shipping company and are looking for a good, reliable, affordable carrier that we can use to ship boxes of small electronics parts to South Korea. We want a turnkey solution. In other words, we want someone who can help with customs paperwork and inspections, logistics and the whole package, from pick up to delivery. We have been having trouble with damage during shipment and feel like there are just too many hands involved in our current process. If we can get someone to take responsibility of the entire chain, we think it will help reduce the losses we currently see from damage and attrition. We ship about 300 medium size boxes a month, usually in groups of about 75 or so, so we aren't a huge client. But we still don't want to be treated as an afterthought. Anyone know of a decent shipper they can point us to?
