International Shipping to Chile

My uncle has asked me to send him some office supplies that I purchased from a local shop here in the United States. Therefore, I have posted here to request information about international shipping to Chile. If your company provides this service, please send your shipping information to my included email address. The office supplies have been packed into a box that is about 2 ft by 2 ft by 1 ft, and weighs about 3 pounds including the packaging. I have packaged the contents with packing paper and bubble wrap so the shipment should be secure. However, I would like to ask if you offer any type of assurance that you will deliver this package undamaged. How much will you charge to deliver this package to Chile? Would it be possible for me to monitor its progress through tracking information? When will you deliver this package?
